The Ocean Lakes Recreation Center is the heart of many of the recreational activities and events in our campground. Located on Periwinkle Drive adjacent to Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center, this facility is unique. It is home to our Recreation team and they are all about having fun and guest interaction! Whether it’s Bingo, crafts, a show, or just Coffee and News in the AM, guests need to stop in and check it out. Many of our Recreation Program activities take place in the Recreation Center.

Have a question or need help with tickets to a Myrtle Beach attraction? Ocean Lakes Recreation Office can assist you with purchasing tickets to many area shows and attractions, plus you might save some money with a special discount to that attraction because you are a guest at Ocean Lakes!
Ping Pong
Ocean Lakes Family Campground’s guests of all ages love to take a break from the fun and sun for a game of Ping Pong in the climate controlled Recreation Center.
Group Meetings and Rallies
Ocean Lakes’ Recreation Building features 17,000 square feet of climate controlled space only 180 feet from the ocean. It can easily seat 1,000 guests and we have hosted dinners for even more than that! We host many events including rallies. Organizers find event planning with our facility convenient because it includes 20 round tables, 100 long tables and 950 chairs. Our raised stage is large with lights and sound to accommodate any meeting, but is excellent for entertainment. Moveable partitions form three smaller meeting rooms. Our commercial style kitchen is great for cooking or catering. Ocean Lakes teammates provide outstanding customer service and are always on hand to assist our guests.
